  • All orders are processed in the order they are received not by any shipping upgrades. 

  • All items are made to order, most standard orders are dispatched within 2 business days & you will be notified via email when your order is dispatched.

  • CUSTOM OR NEW DESIGNS - Once you place your order you will be emailed a proof within 2 business days. Once you have confirmed your design please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be made and dispatched.

  • Please ensure you have allowed time for your orders to be processed. We do not offer a rush service but if you need something within a short time frame please contact me to ensure we can help, most of the time we can but it is depending on current workloads.

  • CREDIT CARD -Payments via credit card are processed via Stripe- this is a safe and reliable payment processor. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are all accepted when checking out.

  • We no longer accept Paypal due to their high fee’s and terms and conditions.

  • We do accept Afterpay now

  • All prices are in AUD - USD conversion fluctuates and is normally between 70c to 80c to $1aud ($10aud = $7-$8usd)

  • All orders are dispatched normally within 1-2 business days, if your order is large or we are very busy please allow an extra day but delays are rare.  

Materials - 

  • Cookie Cutters - Made from PLA which is a biodegradable plastic derived from renewable resources including cornstarch, sugar cane, tapioca roots and even potato starch. Care- HAND WASH ONLY in warm soapy water. Never in a dishwasher and keep away from heat.

  • Cake toppers- Made from food safe acrylic.

  • CAKE TOPPERS - For wholesale pricing please contact me for prices. Minimum order of $200 in one transaction applies and only available on non custom designs.

  • COOKIE CUTTERS/ EMBOSSERS - For wholesale pricing - To qualify for WHOLESALE Minimum purchase of 6 items of the same design and size for a 25% discount (For example - 6x 3 inch Pineapple cutters)  . For larger quantities there is a larger discount. 

 

Refunds -

  • All of our items are made to order, unless there is a mistake made by us we cannot offer refunds. Once an item has left our premises we will not be offering refunds or exchanges especially during this time with the COVID-19

 

Cake Toppers- How to Insert them

  • Always pierce your cake before inserting your cake topper, this allows the stake to slide in easier without resistance.

  • Never insert your cake topper by pushing on the writing, always pinch the stake and insert it using that only.

  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for toppers that are broken whilst being inserted into the cake.

  • Please be careful with your topper to avoid any breakage.
