Turn around - this is in Addition to transit/postage times

  • All orders are processed in the order they are received not by any shipping upgrades. 

  • All items are made to order, most standard orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days & you will be notified via email when your order is dispatched we will always try and dispatch your order as soon as possible.

  • CUSTOM OR NEW DESIGNS - Once you place your order you will be emailed a proof within 2 business days. Once you have confirmed your design please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be made and dispatched. So please allow 3-4 days

  • Please ensure you have allowed time for your orders to be processed. For rush service please select this when checking out, please see below for more information. If you need something within a short time frame please contact me to ensure we can help, most of the time we can without extra charges but it is depending on current workloads. 

RUSH ORDER - Australia Only -

  • We will always send orders as soon as possible but if you would like to bump your order to the top of the queue you can purchase Rush order. Most orders are dispatched within 3 days with the standard or express shipping but this will place your order as priority. This fee is to cover our time outside of normal hours to ensure other customers are not effected by the new Rush Order option. This may not be available on all Custom items so please contact us before selecting this option if you require custom items.

  • This is for same day dispatch on orders placed BEFORE 9am and includes the cost of express post & you must email us with your order number to ensure we see it. If you do not email us with your order number you may not be sent within the rush timeline and our Rush guarantee is VOID

  • Orders placed after that time are still priority but we can not guarantee same day dispatch, it depends on what you have ordered and what time. 

  • Only available Monday- Friday and not on public holidays.

  • Please note transit once dispatched is still 1-2 business days, all parcels are sent via Australia post with tracking and transit times depend on their turnaround time we have no control over those.

  • If your order includes custom items such as cake toppers or embossers (and i have approved the rush order for custom items), please ensure you check your emails to confirm the designs no later than 11am so they can be made in time for the post office cut off.

  • FLAT RATE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS.

  • We are in Australia and we ship all orders via Australia Post & we ship World wide.

Shipping Within Australia-  please note all orders are sent to the address on your order.

  • All orders are sent Express Post $12

    • Next business day delivery within the Australia Post network once dispatched but please allow 2 days as they are often late.

    • Please allow 2-3 days for processing your order and 2 days for transit.

    • Comes with tracking

    • Please note that by using the postage option all items are sent via Australia post, if you choose this option you acknowledge that we will not be held responsible for any late or missing deliveries and postage will not be refunded. Whilst we will work with you to get the best out come we will not be responsible for their service. If you would like to use your own Courier this can be arranged.

Pick up Option - Please read carefully before selecting this option

  • Pick up is available from Hopetoun Park, Victoria 3340 please select Pick up for your shipping method when checking out.

  • If you choose this option when checking out i will contact you via email when it is ready to arrange the details, normal turn around times still apply

  • Once your order is ready we will leave it in a tub for you to collect at anytime that suits you.

  • To remove the shipping cost for pick up please use code PICKUP  -  Pick up is $0.00 this is done to ensure all information is read before selecting this method

International Shipping - PLEASE NOTE CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19 DELAYS

This takes can take anywhere from between 4-8 weeks but always allow a few extra days just in case your items are held up in customs or in transit. Our regular post does not allow for tracking, if you would like tracking please choose this item at checkout for an additional fee.

  • International postage (no tracking) $12aud -approx $7-8 usd

  • International postage including tracking $15.50aud   - approx $12-$14usd

 

If you purchase the tracking option but tracking is not available to your country your item will be sent via Registered post.  Tracking is available to most countries - USA, UK, Canada, NZ, China, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Spain and some other countries.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Please note if you are paying via Paypal - if you require a refund for double postage or any other reason (that is not the fault of Sweet Savanna) you refund will be less the Paypal Fees. Unfortunately PAYPAL keeps all fee’s associated with transactions even if we refund them in full, it actually costs us money. If we are refunding you due to an issue with Sweet Savanna we will refund you all your purchase amount. For example if you purchase postage twice. Postage is $10 but you will only be refunded $9.74 as PAYPAL have kept your .26c fee. So please do not purchase items separately as it will cost you more.
