Made on a 7.5cmx 7.5cm plate so can be used on any size cookie cutter smaller than that, if you need it larger please let us know.

Roll your fondant out to about 3mm, use rolling pin guides to make sure its even. Apply pressure to all 4 corners and the centre of the plate when using it and use the handle to pull the plate off.

Black part of the design is raised once you use it on fondant.
