The design is raised on this to make it easier to paint or decorate or just to give you the 3D look.

The design is 60mm wide it is great to use on cookies about 70mm/7cm. The plate will be 7.5mm wide so you wont get the edge marks.

The internal blank space is approx 43mm wide, you can use this space for an initial/name or another text embosser. You can also decorate it with a printed edible image. Refer image 2

Made from durable acrylic- Best to be used on fondant about 3mm. Dust your fondant with cornflour to help it remove easily from the plate. Apply even pressure to create a pattern. Dust any extra flour off using a brush and paint the area or leave it as is.
