7.5cm x 7.5cm - recommend for cookies about 7cm or smaller.

Made from durable acrylic- Best to be used on fondant about 3mm. Dust your fondant with cornflour to help it remove easily from the plate. Apply even pressure to create a pattern. You can use it on thicker fondant to create a higher raised area.
